
Gillespie Group is on track to acquire the soon-to-be former City Rescue Mission site along the 600 block of Michigan Avenue in Lansing’s Stadium District.
The property includes six buildings totaling over 16,500 square feet, directly across from our BLOCK600 development. This potential acquisition comes as the City Rescue Mission prepares to relocate and expand its services with a new facility on W. Kalamazoo Street becoming the largest adult shelter in the state.
