Built in 1903, Lansing's historic train station was restored and repurposed in 2023. Gillespie Group purchased this property in 2016 in efforts to revitalize the existing building to continue to bring life and energy for years to come. 

On the western side of the building is Starbucks. The eastern side of the building will have a new tenant moving in soon.
